Working with a coach is a great opportunity to get support and guidance without having your childhood analyzed or being quizzed, “How does that make you feel?” Although I will ask you how you’re feeling, the focus of coaching is to create goals, learn skills and develop tools to succeed beyond our work together.

During our time together you’ll:

  • Identify what it means to live in the present moment; alleviate auto-pilot or feeling like you’re “going through the motions.”

  • Find ways to make your work more meaningful; eliminate distractions, increase focus.

  • Create a life worth living; have more energy, improve your work habits, add routines and rituals that align with your goals.

 

 How it works:

  • Schedule your free 30 minute consultation. I’ll send you with a quick assessment to complete prior to our consultation.

  • During the consultation I’ll review the results of your assessment and discuss your personal challenges and what you’d like to accomplish.

  • I’ll recommend a coaching plan that fits within your personal and financial needs.

  • Sessions are held via phone and typically last one hour. You’ll be able to check-in with email as well.

  • Prepare to get homework assignments, recommended reading, and be challenged to stretch your comfort zone.

    My schedule is flexible with weekday evenings and weekend hours available.
